👤Eligibility & Registration

To create an account with hbajae, you must meet the following requirements. Ensuring these conditions is in the best interest of both you and us.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time.
• One Person, One Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. If any detail — including name, address, or phone number — is found to be false or misleading, the account will be closed.
• Contact Information: You must use an active personal phone number and email address. Using someone else's contact details is not permitted.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols.
• Never share your password with anyone. hbajae will never ask for your password over the phone or via chat.
• Always log out after using an unfamiliar device or a public Wi-Fi network.
• If you notice anything unusual in your account, contact customer support immediately.

To ensure security, hbajae may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This process may involve requesting a photo of your national ID or passport. Failure to provide the required information may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

🎯Betting Rules

All bets placed on hbajae must follow specific rules that apply equally to everyone — no exceptions.

• Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out option is available.
• Hbajae reserves the right to refuse any bet deemed suspicious.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

• Match Cancellation: If a match is not completed, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Suspended Match: If a match does not take place within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the bet will be voided.
• Accumulator: If one selection is voided, it will be removed and the payout will be calculated based on the remaining selections.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. A special welcome bonus applies to your first deposit.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Deposits from another person's number or account will not be accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without being wagered at least once.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Match Fixing: Placing bets connected to deliberate match result manipulation.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system errors to make risk-free profits.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting to breach platform security.
• Fraudulent Payments: Use of fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or using deceptive tactics to claim bonuses.

🔒Account Closure & Suspension

Hbajae may close or suspend an account at its own discretion or upon a member's request.

Hbajae reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or abuse. Any legitimate funds on deposit will be returned, but bonuses and suspicious transactions may be forfeited.

To close your account at any time, contact customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal conditions. Self-exclusion and temporary break options are also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
